  • World Crafts Council International (WCCI) has picked Srinagar for mapping its craft clusters before its final nomination as the World Craft City (WCC) from India this year.

Indigenous Technology Cruise Missile

  • Defence Research and Development Organisation achieved a significant milestone with the successful flight-test of an Indigenous Technology Cruise Missile (ITCM) off the coast of Odisha.
  • The missile has been developed by the Bengaluru-based DRDO laboratory Aeronautical Development Establishment (ADE).

AFMS & IIT Kanpur signs MoU

  • Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) signed a Memorandum of Understanding for collaborative research and training with Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur.
